Kelly Gutierrez

Investigator

Kelly Gutierrez graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a bachelor’s degree in criminology and a minor in psychology. After finishing at John Jay, she moved to Virginia and earned a master’s degree in forensic and legal psychology from Marymount University. During her time at Marymount, she interned with the Fairfax Public Defender’s Office as an assistant criminal investigator. Upon completion of her master’s degree, she joined Dinolt Becnel & Wells Investigative Group LLC, where she specializes in criminal defense investigations.

Kelly speaks Spanish and English.

She is a licensed private investigator in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is a registered private investigator in Virginia.
