An investigation begins with a question and ends with understanding. For me, it’s not all about completing a task, but seeking insights and achieving positive outcomes beyond the courtroom.
Alma joined Dinolt Becnel & Wells Investigative Group LLC in 2024. Prior to that, she worked as an investigative specialist in the Trial Division of the Public Defender Service (PDS) in Washington, D.C.; as a criminal investigative intern at the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission; and as an investigative intern with PDS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and criminology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a native English speaker with Spanish fluency. She is a licensed private investigator in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
