Prior to joining Dinolt Becnel & Wells Investigative Group LLC, Samuel Davis worked three years for the Washington, D.C. Office of Police Complaints. He has also worked for other private investigations companies in Virginia and Florida. He has a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Samuel is a registered private investigator in Virginia, and a licensed private detective in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
