Every case is different. When you contact us, we provide an estimate based on the likely time required, the investigation’s complexity, and the likelihood we may be called upon to testify. We sometimes discount our rates for repeat clients. We require retainers from non-law firm or non-insurance clients.
Once an investigation begins, we track our time in tenth-of-an-hour increments and meticulously document every task. If the case takes an unexpected turn and may require more time than what was estimated, we will ask for permission to increase the budget.
