Partner Philip Becnel was a panelist for the National Young Leaders Conference (NYLC) Judicial Panel on the Death Penalty. NYLC is a series of conferences organized by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council and brings prominent young scholars from throughout the world together to debate serious issues. Philip addressed over 250 students about inequality in the application of capital punishment in the United States.
