Dinolt Becnel & Wells Investigative Group LLC hosted a party at Screwtop Wine Bar in Arlington, Virginia, to celebrate our firm’s 20th year anniversary! In April 2004, we were formed by namesake partners Ben Dinolt, Philip Becnel, and Brendan Wells. Ben has since moved onto other projects in London, and Brendan is currently a senior investigator with the Federal Public Defender in St. Louis. Other partners have included Pierre Russell, now an investigator working with the United Nations in Rome. The firm is currently owned by Philip and Alexandra Becnel, supported by a highly talented group of staff investigators and a top-notch administrative team.
Staff, clients, and some fellow private investigators from other reputable companies came to enjoy wine and passed hors d’oeuvres, which included fig and gruyere crostinis, truffled mashed potato boats, veggie empanadas, crab cake sliders, and mini Mahi Mahi tacos. It was a lovely evening and a fitting celebration of twenty years doing some of the most interesting and rewarding work you could imagine. We look forward to many more years doing private investigations in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and around the world.
This celebration also acted as a belated launch of Philip and Alexandra Becnel’s latest book, Principles of Investigative Documentation, which was published by Charles C. Thomas Publisher, Ltd. on January 10, 2024.
