My favorite thing is knowing I contributed to the outcome of a case, whether by getting a crucial piece of surveillance video, a compelling witness statement, or other evidence. I love belonging to the team and knowing that my work really makes a difference.
Before joining Dinolt Becnel & Wells Investigative Group in 2013, Neal spent three years doing insurance fraud and family law investigations. He has a B.S. in communications and a minor in sociology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
Neal was hired at our firm as a surveillance expert, and he is the lead investigator on most of our toughest surveillance investigations. However, since joining our firm Neal has worked on many other types of cases, including employment litigation, criminal, and accident investigations.
Neal is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a registered private investigator in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Private Investigators Association of Virginia.
